Disclaimer

Last updated: May 2026

dOwner is an independent tool that helps people save publicly available social media content for personal use. Please read the following before using the service.

Not affiliated with any platform

dOwner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Pinterest, Meta, ByteDance, or any other platform. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Copyright belongs to the original creators

dOwner does not host, own, or claim any rights to the content you download. Every photo, video, and file belongs to the person or organization that created and published it. The tool simply helps you access publicly available media.

You are responsible for how you use downloaded content. Saving public content for personal viewing is generally acceptable, but redistributing, re-uploading, or commercially using someone else's content without their permission may infringe copyright and is your responsibility, not ours.

Public content only

dOwner can only access content that is already publicly visible. It cannot and will not bypass privacy settings, access private accounts, or retrieve anything that requires a login or follow approval.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without any warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Social platforms change frequently, and features may stop working temporarily as a result. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Respect the platforms and creators

Please use dOwner responsibly: for personal archives, offline viewing, and legitimate personal purposes. Do not use it to plagiarize, resell, or misrepresent other people's work. When in doubt, ask the creator for permission.
