Can I use downloaded files commercially?

No. The copyright of downloaded content belongs to its original creator. Use it for personal viewing only.

Does it work on iPhone?

Yes. It works in mobile browsers (Safari, Chrome, etc.). On iPhone, after downloading, choose "Save to Files" to store the file.
